Track Name: Indigenous Man Knows No Borders/Tick Tock Death Clock (Criminal Culture split 7inch)
Indigenous Man Knows No Borders - Do you get angry when you see the hypocrisy? I do. And you should to; it's in your nature. Your fellow man (humyn) is at war and your keyboard is tapping away. Each click represents a more self-indulgent and pacified future. You're just meat for the machine. How could any man (humyn) be illegal? Watch out for border patrol, climb the fence, they steal your soul. While my eyes are burning holes in a flag that represents freedom. Not the enforcement of it. Is our foundation really made of sand? Freedom and huddled masses only words to fuel a fucking campaign man? While the indigenous man sees no borders, your racism hides in plain sight. OPINIONS BASED ON FEAR NOT ON FACT. This heart I hold has not capacity for the hatred of my brothers and sisters and it pumps blood all the same. (So what more can my anger do than) fuel the fire in your heart. It's up to us now. Revolution.
Explanation: This song is about the obvious racism seated in the anti-immigration movement. Sometimes I don’t think a song can do anything. “What is it really changing?” But honestly, I know that listening to records changed my life and it is the fuel that keeps a relentless fire burning. A passion for change, something I can dedicate my existence to. Unity is essential, find similarities in difference. The common thread of humanity can cross any cultural boundary.
